Taylor Swift stays up late to watch Travis Kelce receive Super Bowl ring

Taylor Swift is known to go the distance when it comes to supporting Travis Kelce (after all, she traveled 5,700 miles from Tokyo to Las Vegas to make it for Super Bowl LVIII), but sadly, she was unable to work her magic to attend last night’s Kansas City Chief’s ring ceremony—not in person, at least.

On Thursday, the pop star, who was in the U.K. for her sold-out Eras Tour, joined the party virtually, following along on wide receiver Mecole Hardman’s partner Chariah Gordon’s Instagram livestream of the event.

Watching Kelce and his teammates unbox their third Super Bowl ring, which was crafted from 529 diamonds and 38 rubies, Swift wrote in the comments section in all caps, “YESSSSSS,” which was followed by a “CONGRATULATIONS” and “AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.” She continued, “JOINING THE PARTY FROM LIVERPOOL LETS GOOOOOOO.”

Given the six-hour time difference, Swift stayed up well past midnight to make sure she was online to celebrate Kelce—however, she signed off before the event ended, writing: “Gotta go to sleep it’s so late here love you guys.”

Following an extended break from her Eras Tour, Swift recently went back to work, but it won’t be long before she and Kelce are spending lots of quality time together again. While on stage at her 100th show in Liverpool last night, the singer announced that the tour is officially ending this winter with her final show in Vancouver, Canada on December 8.
